Hello! Can I know if anyone has make a single purchase of a stone above $1.5k? May I know if you keep the purchase or have it return? Can I know what are the return policy like? Did you get back the full amou t? Thanks

Yes full refund except for the postage for the return.

The stone I returned didn't cost that much but they were really great. It had arrived at their place & gotten lost; by the time they found it there was some problem for them w/PayPal due to the delay but Tan sent me my refund immediately anyhow.

I've returned about five items, and I had no problem. I never returned anything above $1.5K, but the most pricey thing I returned was around $450.

I know you got the answer but for everyone else, I did return stones above 1.5 K without any problems.
