Supposing that the first is an ideal, I'd say about $14K on the net and maybe 16-18K locally.
Supposing the second is a nice make, about $8-9K on the net and $11-13K locally.

The searches were based on non-AGS0 and non-H&A diamonds. While the table and depth proportions for the 1.4 D VVS1 fall within the ideal cut proportions, you would need the crown and pavillion angles to proceed further.
