I am looking a 1.25 round F, SI1 with an ideal cut and the price from the jewelry store is as follows:
- With lifetime warranty: 9650
- Without lifetime warranty: 6791
Without the lifetime warranty means if the diamond chips, cracks, breaks or falls out you would have to replace it yourself. We are planning to get insurance through our insurance provider for the rings if they are lost or stolen.
The jewelry store is Robbins Brothers who doesn''t exactly have the best reputation because they closed all their stores in the midwest. We have to buy from them because we are getting a credit for the first diamond we have.
What should we do? Should we get the warranty? Thanks for the help!
