Well, my lost jewlery saga is finally turning out to be more than a happy ending! The ering was found, THANK GOODNESS, and the studs were covered so I called WF and got to work on replacement studs. My old studs were by no means well cut, but boy were they precious to me as they were my "baby gift" from my husband when our first child was born 4 years ago. I wore then EVERY day and have missed having studs dearly even though it hasn't been very long since it went missing. As always, WF has been wonderful to work with and the stones came in today and are keepers (in my eyes)!
Traci from WF found these awesome stones for me, THANK YOU, TRACI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ROCK! I'm going to now bore you with technical details until they are ready.
I've admired LynnB's gorgeous studs for quite some time and knew when my unexpected stud replacement project started that I would go with J or K stones for sure. I didn't want to make my K ering feel left out or one-upped.
They will be set in wg 3 prong martini settings from WF.
Both stones are AGS0, K color

I should have them next week, I can't wait to share "ear shots" with you, but until then, I'll share what I've got.
(and oh how I dread ear shots......I've got some U*G*L*Y ears, but I know I have to share THE pics.
Thank you to everyone here for their support and generosity of time and information. If it weren't for PS, I'd be waiting on another pair of poorly cut studs, but instead, I'm going to have some killer cut stones perched on my ears for years to come!
