1.2 BGD I VS2 vs 1.1 BGD F S1 -which one would you buy?

I initially put a deposit on the 1.208 I but after seeing some I and F diamonds at a store, I'm not leaning the following tradeoff:

Diamond 1:
1.208 I VS2 Blue BCD- $8200

Need opinions: Which would would you go for?

I think I'm getting more "bang for your buck" by going down to S1 (which is still eye clean) while going to a I and F (which you could tell if you look closely) and the size 1.2 vs 1.1 (maybe you can tell?)

First stone SI1 may or may not be eye clean & second stone VS2 it will be eye clean, considering that I would choose # 2

Just ask BGD if the F is eye clean. If so, then that would be my pick. It's not noticeably smaller but it will be a noticeably whiter diamond.
