What is a good diamond that show''s off good light in the 1.10-1.30 carat range and I''m looking to spend 4500.00 to 5500.00. Also I might buy from USA certed diamonds.

Are you looking at Round Brilliants?

There's a 1.10 carat H SI1 Superbcert diamond at $5600. I believe USA Certed Diamonds sells Superbcerts; you can do a search for these on the USA Certed website. There might be slight differences in the guarantee policies when you purchase from USA Certed as opposed to purchasing from Superbcert (Barry) directly - you might want to check this out before making your decision.

Otherwise, you might get more bang for the buck by choosing a non-branded H&A type diamond. Have you done a search on Pricescope? That's definitely a good place to start! Just plug in your budget or other parameters like color, clarity or carat; I did a quick search and there are several stones which fall within your specifications.
