These houses are nice, but not worth nearly $1M in my mind.

Westport is outrageously expensive

And it''s so bourgie, that area and Greenwich...I wouldn''t live there even if I could afford to.

As for that house, not even, that cottage! Come on! Unless that place is directly on the beach, or around the corner from, it''s NOT worth it imo.

But people will pay...
