.01, .02 Morganite, pink, yellow sapphires WHERE??

Hello I want to get some stacker bands made up that look like this:



I cannot afford little pink diamonds but I really love the color of morganites. So I want a band made up in rose gold with little morganites over the whole band and I want another bank in yellow gold with yellow saphires and just a white gold diamond band

Can I purchase these loose in .01 - .02 sizes? If so where? or will I need to go through a jeweller? and if so which one would be able to do it?

It would be easier to get it custom made by a jeweler that knows about gemstones (not just diamonds). You can get the yellow sapphires I''m sure, but morganite might be tricky.

Just get the jeweller to source them for you - less hassle and probably cheaper!
