0.74ct RB in a new setting

So I've always wanted to reset my rb (ideal cut 0.74ct D SI1 w/ SBF), and it's been a long time coming. I finally saved enough pennies to make a journey to my jeweler worthwhile, and I stumbled on a brand of settings I'd not heard of before - Romance. They have a large assortment of vintage-inspired designs, which is what I've been drawn to for several years. I ended up choosing a version with sapphire accents, and I'm quite pleased with how it turned out! The craftsmanship is nice, and the diamond accents are bright and sparkly - they even have discernible arrows!

A few more - you can see both the reflection of the sky as well as the slight glow of the diamond due to it's SBF.

Love your ring and love these designs. There is one or two that I would have loved considering six months ago. One of the pitfalls of being on PS and seeing all these gorgeous rings!!! But, enjoy your beauty. Sapphires and craftsmanship overall look so good. Do you know if they make in platinum?

Thanks, everyone! I was very surprised at this line - they really are quite nice in person, with such a vintage flair. The craftsmanship isn't VC/Kirsch/Leon, but I wasn't expecting that. I did ask my jeweler for prongs as dainty and pointed as they could (to which they replied "well you can't make them too thin...". But I think they turned out nicely!

I love taking pics of jewelry... too bad pics never quite capture what the eye can see!

Actually I don't wear a band - never have. I like my ring to be the star! When we got married, my e-ring was a very thick banded solitaire; I took it off, and at the ceremony hubby gave it back to me!
