Thanks everyone! She's going to get them on Friday (that pic is on my ear--couldn't resist

). It's strange, I would love some studs for myself eventually, but shopping for these was very satisfying--I feel like going through this process tied me over for a while. I wonder, for all of the diamond obsessed, how much of the obsession can be nurtured by helping others shop rather than buying for ourselves...it would be a lot cheaper and we still get to be around bling. Mmm.

They are beautiful!!! Were those the ready set to go, or did you choose each stone individually? I like them!

I picked the stones individually from the ACA line. The ready set go is cheaper (I could have gotten .80 ct TW for about the same price), but the earrings would have been SI diamonds (could be SI1 or SI2) and I color, and I wanted slightly better specs. Plus, I believe there is no lifetime upgrade policy if you go with the ready set go, and who knows, my sis may want to trade up in the future!
