Thought I had seen it all!

Now I usually don't shop at walmart but I grabbed pictures there today and there was a musical stuffie on the counter for 15$. It had a heart and looked kinda like a chocolate swirl ice cream but no bowl/cone and I realized it had a fly on it but also a giant heart in front of it. It was a 15$ singing and dancing pile of poop, I was like who on earth buys a stuffed pile of poop to show their love? Is there a show or some joke I'm unaware of?
