Thanks so much...you are so sweet. This was actually an upgrade. New setting, new ring...and I was shocked at how much diamonds have increased. Just the Ritani setting set us back a pretty penny, but I love it. When I envisioned my upgrade, I was thinking "It's going to be blinding". Funny huh?

My first e-ring was beautiful. My husband designed it all by himself. It was a .55 RB center stone(more brilliant than any stone that I have seen,) with two RB diamonds on each side. another .35 cts-- The problem (aside from the size) was that I never found a wedding band that went with it. So, after 5 years of very happy marriage, I decided to re-do it. I will still keep the old one for traveling. I look at it now and it is so small and sweet. It reminds me of our relationship when we were young and just out of school. I will always have a special place in my heart for that ring...
