.8 cttw rb studs for around $1000 - Possible?

Looking to find the best round studs I can get for around $1000. Cut is extremely important to me then the color then clarity. I would be ok going down to I color if it faces up nicely. And I1 clarity is fine with me. From what I can tell $1,500 is the going rate with the setting (14K white gold 3 prong) for AGS0 from James Allen and Whiteflash. Is $1000 possibly or should I up the budget a bit. Any thoughts from the experts? Should I check out other online sites?

Goal is to find a pair that sparkles like crazy and faces up white and be roughly .8 cttw with an upgrade policy.
