What is your signature look in CS rings?
How would you (or friends or fellow-PSers
describe your style?

Are you sporting a very dainty look or
a more robust style? Do you have a pre-
ference for diamond halo's? Do you
prefer bezels over prongs? Do you
love saturated colours or pastels?

Describe and show what's typically you.

You can't ask and not tell us about your own lol

Whahahaha Niel  I hope you will share yours after this...
I actually have no idea but I will give it a try.

First of all I appreciate different styles
In general I:
- have a huge preference for bold saturated colours (though I also love pastels as long as they are blue or green)
- have a preference for bold and simple looks
- love to stack
- prefer to let CS stand on their own, so without any diamonds (although I must say I love my halo rings as well)
- love blingytairs: a solitaire with 'something going on', like engraving

My main look is probably vintage/antique style(details in the ring) or something nature/ organic with texture. I do like a little bit od diamond accents to :). No plain smooth bands here :). Some of these have been sold for money for newer rings.

I certainly have strong preference for the following:

White metal
Plain shank
Comfort/Curvy shank profile
Chunky shank at least 4mm at the top
Bezel Set for the main stone (pave set is fine for melees)
No millgrain
Clean lines
Symmetrical design
Sturdy/chunky that provides good finger coverage
As low setting as possible
Saturated colours or icy colours, pastels do not really suit me (there are exceptions to the rule, of course)

There are exceptions, of course, such as my "Christmas tree" with pink-red Spinel that is prong-set (as the stone is too small to be bezelled) surrounded by Tsavorites; and a future project that is an organic flower ring, with a Paraiba in the middle, and deep pink stones (Mahenge spinels perhaps) in the petals with a few diamonds scattered amongst the pink stones.

DK :))

I love your style Acinom!

Hmm generally speaking, I prefer:

- clean lines and simple settings
- Solitaires and three stone rings (it's all about the proportions!)
- bright, saturated colours however I love my lemonade yellow e-ring and my lavender spinel
- I love big stones and little stones!
- little or no diamonds
- Blues and greens but I also love red stones
- I love pearls!
- I love modern designs but I also adore my dainty vintage rings
- love mixing metals and happily wear WG on one hand and YG on the other. I love that my e-ring has both.

It's a combination of many of the above but if I had to choose only one, then colour trumps all for me. I started preferring dainty solitaires but it doesn't seem to suit my older wrinkly hands anymore. I now prefer something to distract the eye (bolder but not chunky, strong colours, and you cannot go wrong with diamond accents). I actually love bezels but most CS want light, so all my CS rings are prong set.

I enjoy reading your descriptions and seeing the rings that are typically you userang, dk168, ricezo & Chrono :wavey: You all have beautiful and distinctive styles.
Hopefully we will hear and see more about signature styles of PSers.

Based on the votes, saturated stones seem to be valued high till sofar.
