You really need Sarin info for crown and pavilion angles at the very least to better evaluate the cut. By the stats you gave, and you didn't specify Hearts and Arrows, the cut falls into American Class 1A. Note that the depth is on the upper limit for 1A. Based on that, the avg. pricing for this diamond should be nearly $8950. Possibly part of the price quoted is due to strong blue flour in a D color diamond. Could also be partly due to the cut, but you need more info to make that determination.
Personally, I don't like str blue with D color. As for the cut... Definitely get a Sarin. Price is very good and that makes me suspicious... Maybe the stone has serious cut problems or the fluor is an issue... Or maybe it's just a deal!
