It looks pretty sealed and I'm wondering if it would fall under the excellent or very good based on the reference chart.

Im pretty sure it falls under excellent range but I think that stone is painted or an eightstar diamond? Where is it from? What brand/type of diamond?

It certainly is a blown out image and probably is a painted stone.
It will be a nice bright diamond.
If in doubt have it sent to one of the appraisers in the list under resources in the upper right of this page

Does look painted, could be a beauty though - as Garry says an appraisal would be good.

Definitely painted but a very pretty stone nonetheless.
