Scharffenberger is the BEST. So silky and rich and mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Dark chocolate has been proven to be medically good for you. Just the stuff without cream & sugar though. So something like 70%+.

MILK all the way. I know dark is better for you and all, but I just can''t get over that bitterness! It gives me flashbacks to being a little kid sneaking in the pantry one time for something sweet and taking a big old bite out of the semi-sweet baking chocolate squares my mom kept in there! I learned my lesson! UGH!

I used to drive by the factory on the way to college. Yum.

My fave are 85% cocoa. I had the 99% once, but it was too sour.
