Anyone know if the whiteflash scattered diamond band comes in yellow gold? I don''t see it on their site....
As a side note, jewelry stores in our local mall are advertising "Yellow is Back!" and I was thinking...did it ever really go out??

I'd call and ask, can't imagine they wouldn't do it in YG. The 90's and 2000 plus, it was all about white metals. Platinum was coming into it's own. It was almost as if people were discovering the value of platinum for the first time as consumers. The Platinum Guild did a great job in their advertising campaign in the early 90's.
But YG is making a strong come back. It was considered passe by some. Think the 1980's.. Yellow gold is chic, elegant and the new designs, are awesome. I just bought one in YG from Tiff's. I love their Etiole collection, have hoops to match it. I don't think it ever went out, people buy what looks best on them. But it wasn't considered top shelf for a while there...

That to me is silly. But people bought into the marketing, and that's why you saw all the white metals for such a long stretch.

I love yellow gold. I'm very pale and I think that white metals just look like silver on me and not very flattering. I do have quite a few pieces that are two toned.

People bought the marketing is right! Go to Cartier's site today and you can sort out the product by material. There's page after page of yellow gold. There's a yellow gold category in the wedding band section. It's gold . It's been valued for centuries and it's not going anywhere.

I''m totally biased as all my jewellery (inc ering) is yellow gold. I love it, especially the contrast between an icy white stone and the warm ygold. I am also a big believer of going with what suits your skin tone and not what is trendy. There is no use having a ygold ring is wgold suits your skin better, and vice versa.

Anyone have the whiteflash scattered band in yellow?

Ooh, I bet that would be gorgeous
