Hi I''ve been lurking for quite sometime, and i found a diamond but not too sure if this is a go. Hope you can help. No Assets or IS image, it does score 1.5 on the HCA I''m just wondering if this is something I should look at not too sure about the 58.6% table though?

if they can get a scan of the ags report and its a newer one it may have the computer generated ASET image on it.
