sorry im just so happy we booked the caterer we wanted for our engagement party this afternoon!! wooohoo!!!
our menu is as follows:
appetizers:
bruschetta and caprese salad
course one:
chicken and rissoto cream soup (its a must with ALL our guests)
course two:
mixed green salad
course three:
half moon pasta stuffed with four cheeses and Alfredo cream sauce, topped with sun dried tomatoes...mmmm so good
course four:
grilled chicken with lemon caprese sauce topped with sun dried tomatoes with a side of asparagus with olive oil and garlic sauce topped with red pepper strips, and garlic mashed potatoes.
course five (dessert):
fresh pear cake and French vanilla ice cream!!!
and all of this for $22 a head!!!!!
im so relieved and happy
