X-factor/Cut corner squares- Whats the difference?

Hi,

I am drawn to the x-factor from whiteflash but they only have a couple in stock which are within by budget and they aren''t quite what I was looking for. I have also looked on GOG and they have a couple of cut corner squares which match my requirements better.

I would love to know if the two are different cuts or just named differently? And if they are different what are the general pros and cons?

Ok, I didn''t look, but I think GOG''s are just square radiants. X-factors are cut-cornered princesses.

Radiants and princesses are different cut shapes

From what I''ve seen the xfactor has large flashes like a round and the other has the little pin flashes and flickers like a radiant.

I would love to see the two cuts next to each other, since I''ve been curious about it too. There are a few PSers that own X-factors, but I haven''t seen anyone with a GOG cut-corner. You might also want to check out the Jubilee and Princess of Hearts (both at GOG). They''re squares with cut corners and H&A symmetry.
