Maybe she thinks she borrowed the books from you and is mistaken. Honestly, Through the Storm doesn''t apply to break ups as far as I can see.

But returning the books without a note is probably her way of breaking up with you.

Okay...same as I said above...they aren''t my books. And have you read Through The Storm? A huge part of the book is dedicated to Lynnes toxic relationship with her husband....fyi

after reading through all of this I think donating them would be the best bet. I don''t think I would want that bad jojo in my house. But other people might get some good stuff out of them.

Hi Italia,

I haven''t read the book, but I looked up the description on Amazon. That''s why I said, "as far as I can see."

Please understand I wasn''t trying to sound flippant about her breaking up with you. It just seems this would be the perfect way for a passive aggressive person to break up with another person. Hmm...Now that you say a good part of the story is about her toxic relationship with her husband, sigh, I don''t know. I like the idea of either donating the books or tossing them in the trash.

Italia, I find it unfortunate that these sorts of things keep happening to you lately. It seems these toxic people keep popping up from your past. They do that. Just keep purging, while doing your best to keep perspective. Eventually, things will calm down and you will be able to live your life, poison free, and in peace.
