While people of any age can enjoy their music, I think Il Volo is a great way to introduce young people to a new genre of music. I am classically trained in opera (though not phenomenal, or I wouldn't be a Social Studies teacher ) and know that the word "opera" turns off 99% of my teenage students. This group's music is poppy enough to appeal to a wider audience... and they have the "young talent" thing goin' for 'em.

Thanks for sharing! I wonder if their music is available on iTunes... I might try playing it during my students' journal-time this week! I'm curious to know their reactions
