About to make a big decision on a diamond purchase! Please give your opinions:
2.4 H VS2 Round H& A
AGS Ideal Triple zero
Ideal Light Performance, Superior Optical Symmetry, Ideal Polish and Symmetry.
Table : 56.39 %
Depth: 61.33 %
Crown pavillion : 41.02
Crown angle: 34.09

What other dimensions would help to know? Can an AGS OOO be anything but beautiful and sparkly? What else should I be looking for?
Does $30,000.00 sound in the right ballpark?
I would really appreciate the input from all you experts!
Thank you !

I know which stone this is. It''s stunning, no worries!!

Thanks, Ellen! I was hoping a pricesope expert like you would reply!
Have you seen this stone?
Does the H colour seem higher? I am very colour sensitive and was hoping for an E or F but so hard to find it all in one stone!
Do you have any other details on this one?
I have learned so much on this site and this would be a huge upgrade for me! Just want to make sure I get the most sparkle and a very very clear stone!

Thank you so much for responding!

No worries then if Miss Ellen rates this stone!!

Please can''t you give me any more information? I can view the ISEE2 report but it has no rating. IS there anything about these numbers that could be better?

No, the numbers are great and and it''s AGS0. Nothing more to wish for!

How about providing an ASET and Idealscope pictures then? With the numbers, I can only use the HCA.

It sounds absolutely beautiful... I would love this myself!!! :D

I'm sorry, I missed this earlier! I had a hunch of where that stone was and looked it up. Do you have it reserved, as it's not there anymore.... But no, all the numbers are fine, as was the IS pic. This is an Isee2 stone, they really don't get any cut better. It's gorgeous!

And you're welcome!

So happy to get all these positive opinions!
Do you know what the HCA score is, given this information?
Thanks to all for your help!
Ellen, so glad you came back to post. Yes, I do have it on hold and having never bought such a big purchase on the internet before, I am anxious to find out all I can ! Lots of money involved, but with all the help I have received from the patient and friendly vendor and fellow Pricescopers, it is not seeming now as scary as a few days ago!
After a few YEARS of searching for just the right combination, it is a funny feeling to have finally found what I hope is " THE one"! I''ll bet you know exactly what I mean!
Thank you again!

HCA = TIC 1.4
Light Return = Excellent
Fire = VG
Scintillation = VG
Spread = VG

Sounds like a winner. I''m still interested in an ASET and Idealscope picture though.

Hi Spirit,
Isee2 stones are generally cut very well. Do you happen to have the weblink for this stone?
Cheers

Chrono, I saw it before they took the link down, it''s perfect, as are just about every Isee2 stone.

In fact, I don''t think I''ve ever seen a IS pic that was even close to questionable on one of their stones.

Spirit, I have an Isee2 also, they cut a stunning stone. I promise you, there is no need to worry. It will knock your socks off!

Shucks, guess I missed all the fun. If the ISee looks good and Ellen gives her approval, I"ll trust that.

Have been reading about "painted girdles" and it says that AGS will grade a painted stone, but GIA won''t.
I think I read that correctly.
No sign of any painting on this one, right?!
If anyone has seen the photo of it before it was removed, on the black and white how come there is some dark blue in the arrows? Could it just be a reflection or does it mean something else?
Thanks!

GIA may drop the cut grade in some cases with painted diamonds. Tons of threads on this if you have a lot of time to read

Spirit, this stone is fine. Please, do not worry.

And yes, diamonds will pic up colors around them.

Hi Spirit,
Not to worry about the blue that you see from the ASET image. For more about how to intepret ASET images with the various colors, do check out this weblink from GOG
http://www.goodoldgold.com/Technologies/ReflectorTechnologies/WhatdoReflectorsTeachUs/.
Isee2 does not paint their girdles, so no worries about it.
