Hello, and thank you for reading my post. I think this setting is stunning. But I know very little about the Jewelry business and I am unfamiliar with things like copyrighted designs. How would I know if this design is copyrighted? Only because it’s rather expensive and if I could get it elsewhere for less, that would be my preference. I don’t care about the secret stone by the way. Just the setting itself. Thank youu again.

It’s a very pretty setting! To my knowledge there’s nothing about this setting that makes it distinctive and copyright-able because I’ve seen all those elements used in different rings many times.
