Would like your opinion on a RD 1.54 F VS2 3EX

Hello all! I've been shopping for a diamond for an engagement ring. I believe i've done a fair amount of online research and I went to a local dealer and he had the following stone:

RD 1.54 carat
F color
VS 2
3 EX

Attached below the diagram and dimensions of the stone. Please let me know what you think. For those of you in the know, what do you estimate to be the fair market value for a stone like this? Thank you very much!

looking at like stones on jamesallen, I would say 17-19K based on the information you give.

Sorry, i forgot to mention that the stone has no fluorescence.
