What do you listen to when you work out?

I''ll go first! I love to listen to Meat Loaf. Some of his faster stuff really get me going. And his songs are so long I can get a lot of exercising done without realizing how much time has passed.

Anything upbeat (obv, right?) !

My FI has a huge library of music. I will choose techno or something with high energy. I also like funk and jam when I''m working out, you can get lost in it and forget about the workout!

Anything upbeat. Lately I like Rhiana, Beyonce, Lady gaga and I hate to say it Britney for running. It keeps me motivated!

I have a NYSC membership so I just take earphones to the gym and watch TV. I''d rather watch TV than listen to music. My fav channel is E!
They always have celebrities in skimpy outfits looking skinny...makes me run/pedel faster. The visual image can be quite powerful, you know.
