that is a GORGEOUS setting. figure at least $1000 for a custom job in Platinum. You could always send him and email and get a quote. It is very lovely and you can never go wrong with a classic solitaire and MM. yum...

I do get sent Mark Morrell items to check out for consumers. So my opinion is based on actual experience with the real items he makes.


So let me say the photos he has on his site, are very good, but they are hardly representative of what the actual item is.

The structure is carefully - very carefully crafted. The weight of the item is always substancial. The setting of the center stone, is done impeccably. I think usually time he spends setting a diamond is about 3 hours.
The attention to detail is incredible that he does, and is performed at a higher level than most "designer" items that are sold for similar prices. Additionally, the texture and feel of the finished product is beyond the fussiest person''s criticism.

Mark is truly a gifted craftsman.

Not to disappont you, but if you think the photos are incredible, just wait til you see his items in person...and touch them...

I can't think of a better endorsement of Mark's work than the one RockDoc just gave you. Seems like it would be worth the wait. If you want to get it set temporarily then do so and get it set by Mark when you have the money. He is a true artist from what I have seen on PS.
