It has officially been a full week since my last cigarette!! YAY! I think I''m really going to be able to quit this time! Reading the healthy lifestyle forum coupled with getting my wisdom teeth out has really helped to boost me to quit, so thank you everybody that has quit before me that posted your story and methods, I am very grateful. I had all but given up on stopping smoking.

Thanks guys. Luckily, it hasn''t been as hard as I thought it was going to be. Some days are harder than others, though.

I really appreciate the support! I made the boyfriend quit with me. He didn''t want to, but it''s for his own good! And unless he''s lying to me about not smoking at work, it''s been a week since his last cigarette too!

Cinnamon gum has been very helpful. I can''t even begin to explain how much healthier and more energetic I feel already! After just a week, it''s crazy.
