Wondering if I can have some help with this vintage bling...

So this is a clutch I inherited many years ago. It''s vintage and made in Austria. There is a little copper tag on the inside that says "Austria."

The lining is champagne colored satin, and the whole thing is encrusted with either crystal or rhinestones... each stone is actually in it''s own individual 4 prong setting, and the bag looks to be hand woven. No stones are missing.

I''ve attached some pics. I''m trying to find out what time period it could be from, it''s value (if any). Any information at all would be very helpful!

I don''t think that could be correct... my Aunt remembers it being purchased when my grandmother was a teenager, which I think would have been the 20''s or 30''s. I could be mistaken, but I think that''s what she said.
