My wife is also a Pricescope member who posts here, and I wanted to share our recent experience we had with Wink Jones of High Performance Diamonds. We made the somewhat difficult decision to sell our beautiful AGS ideal cut diamond to free up some money and so we contacted a few PS vendors. Wink replied promptly and was very courteous. We contacted him on a Thursday, he replied to us immediately, and he had an offer for us just three days later. It was a very fair and good offer, so we accepted pretty much right away. Wink made everything painless and smooth. He sent us instructions and a FedEx label to send off our diamond to him. Wink gave us prompt updates throughout the process and kept in frequent contact. We recently received our check and are very happy. I would highly recommend working with Wink as he is very professional and he has a real passion for the business he is in.
I also want to state that I am very glad we purchased a top quality, beautifully cut AGS certified diamond and didn't go with perhaps a lesser cut stone when we were shopping. I think that was the only reason we were able to sell and receive such a good offer. Had we gone with a not-so-well cut stone or an EGL/IGI certified stone, we might not have been able to sell for much.
Thank you Wink for the easy transaction! I'm not sure if we'll be in the market for a diamond again one day, but you never know. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Wink and get one of his Infinity stones.
