says the shirt weighs three kilos, so it would have to be 23 karat and far more than $23k. Someone please do the math. I am not sure if they are converting troy or metric or avoirDP but, for instance there are 31.103 grams in a troy ounce, as opposed to 28 avoirdp, and there are only 12 troy ounces in a troy pound. Does this even matter when they speak of kilos?? By my math the shirt weighs 96 troy ounces(!) which is 8 troy pounds. My guess for how that translates in avoirdp is 107 ounces or 6.6 pounds!!! 96 troy ounces at today's closing (1660.40) is $159,398.40.
It might be more impressive as underwear, but then no one wants to be caught in yellow drawers.

VapidLapid you are right! My first thought when I saw the picture was " 23k for all these gold?! Now that's a bargain!" your calculations seem to be much more accurate. If I could buy 3 kgs worth of 22k gold for the price stated I would. He maybe smarter than we all think he is people!
