I have one and I love it. Mine is a year old though, and they now have newer ones that are more breathable. The Ergo can get super hot in warm weather. People also really like the Beco, which is a similar soft-structured carrier. I've used my Ergo with my baby and my 2 year old (in the back carry). It's slightly awkward getting the toddler to the back carry by myself but I guess I need some more practice.
