That's so sweet of you! Your gf is Cantonese, I presume?

I'm not sure how to convey phonetics in writing, but in laymen words, "will you marry me" should sound like this:

"lei yuen yee ka pei ngor ma"

Lei - means 'you' and sounds like 'lay'
Yuen Yee - means 'willing' and should sound like 'ruin see' but with a 'y' instead of 'r' and 's' starting sound
Ka - means 'marry'. Sounds like the footballer Kaka, but with just one 'Ka'
Pei - means 'to' and sounds like 'pay'
Ngor - means 'Me' and sounds like 'or' but with an 'ng' starting sound
Ma - is used when asking a question

So putting the above together gives you a direct translation of 'Are you willing to marry me?'

Hope the above explaination helps!

Try googling it for an audio clip for a more accurate sound. Cantonese does not translate well phonetically.
