Will we see a difference?

My fiance is considering buying two thin (1.5mm each) rose gold eternity weddings bands, instead of one traditional band. The question I have is that, with cut being excellent, will we see a difference in F/G/VS2 vs. G/H/SI1 diamonds in those bands? These stones are quite tiny, so I don''t think we will see a difference, but I don''t want the diamonds to look any different than the excellent tiny stones in her Sholdt e-ring.

How much price difference? I''d rather have the higher quality for a wedding band unless there is a huge price difference.
