Hi everyone -

First, I feel the need to apologize for posting stone specs yet AGAIN for review! I''m so paranoid about making the wrong choice.... Anyway, I have a stone on hold at BN (I know, no IS images etc etc.). It''s waiting for an eye-clean check. Here''s the stone. Feel free to give me your thoughts. http://www.bluenile.com/round-diamond-2-carat-ideal-cut-g-color-si1-clarity_LD01365413

As far as what I''m looking for in a diamond, I like 60/60 (b/c they''re bright) and I like H&A when the arrows are thin and silvery, as opposed to chunkier and dark. I have a 1ct AGS000 pendant and can only see light silvery arrows in certain lighting/angles. However, I''ve gone to a couple of B&M and some of the arrows on the stones were a bit more pronounced.

Any advice you have would be great! I''m beginning to drive myself crazy.

(Amazingly enough, my husband and I bought our house the first day we went out with our realtor. But I feel like it''ll take me months to pull the trigger on this ring purchase!!!)

No way to tell if its h&a without h&a photos.
The rounded average of the angles work is about all anyone can say about it.

All the GIA report gives us is a broad outline (like my mystery person below). We''ll need actual images, preferably ideal-scope and/or ASET to begin filling in the details.

What does 60/60 mean? TIA!

Not unless they''ve been neutered.

Thanks everybody! Responses make sense... no way to tell w/o more info. Wouldn''t it be nice if every cert had a web link to a video of the actual diamond???

Please keep in mind that 60/60 dosnt mean that the stone is exactly 60% table and 60 depth...it can be any where in the 60 something range and some in the trade use the term to discribe a stone as if any % in the 60s is desirable quality.

No, just made politi-anatomically-correct for our tender PS souls. Just like GI Joe.
