Will my dress train sweep up the FG rose petals???

I love the idea of flowergirls sprinkling petals down the aisle at the church. Is it a good idea though if you have a dress with a train? I would imagine the dress would sweep them right up and under.

Anyone have any experience with this?

I watched a train sweep up petals at a wedding last summer, but it was on a concrete walk. I imagine it would somewhat, but I''m sure it would be ok. I have a train and my whole aisle (outside) will be covered in petals. I hope it doesn''t sweep up all of them, but on the grass I don''t think it could.

I saw a pic recently where the petals were only scattered along the edges of the aisle and not the aisle itself. It looked VERY lovely and what I want to do. It would mediate this worry for you I''ll post a pic if I can find it again.
