Will G Color be White Enough?

I keep reading that IGI can be off by as much as 2 color grades. When looking at mined diamonds in jewelry stores, I find that I don't notice the yellow until the I grade. Even H looks white enough to my eye. The price difference between F and G for lab diamonds is significant. While I would be fine with an H in a mined diamond, I would not be okay with an I.

Is it too big of a risk to order an IGI G color grade on a lab diamond site unseen online? Do I have to go to F to make sure that I won't see the yellow?

I'm very color sensitive but can't see a significant difference until "J" - and that is naked eye. A J still looks gorgeous to me, honestly - but I do see a tinge of warmth (not even yellow, really). I would be extremely comfortable buying a G or H and wouldn't hesitate for one millisecond.
