Why such a price difference?

I''m looking at 2 diamonds from UD that have nearly the same ratings/measurements but one is 1.25 and the other 1.27 carats. The bigger one (1.27) is actually $830 cheaper. The GIA reports are not available via the website (btw, is this a bad sign?). What am I missing?
