Why So Cheap?

I found this 2.33 carat, H Color, VS2 on Blue Nile, Triple X, HCA 2.3 for $23,806. How is it possible that the price is so low? I know it has strong flourescence but would this really affect the value by this much?

ah I know, I wish I could edit the word "Cheap" or change the title or something. I was just surprised that a diamond of that size would not cost in the 30-something-thousands!

Maybe it's a hazy strong blue... Or just needs to be sold.

The market doesn't care about such fine nuances, broadly speaking. GIA EX trumps.

Nothing wrong with the table and depth per se, its a 60/60 type stone, shallow crown and long lgf, likely a blazing white diamond with less fire, relatively speaking.

Price is not that great. Two other comps came up on search with similar prices per carat. I think you are used to H&A pricing perhaps, without fluor.
