Everyone is home watching the Super Bowl, so nobody is on the road, no accidents or congestion.

I live outside of Philly. Not one car went down the street during the game. My whole neighborhood was home and many hosting parties. The exceptions were the neighbors who are season ticket holders and went to the game. Neighbor's daughter also works for the Eagles. Police said it was the quietest time ever.
