Why don't Enchanted Diamonds show up in search any more?

Enchanted Diamonds' ovals no longer show up in a Price scope search. Why not? I like that they always have quite a few of them with photos, ASSETs and even videos. Also liked that the Pricescope search engine computed an HCA score for their (and everyone else's) MRBs.

It costs money for the dealers to list stones in the database. That's how PS makes an income at this. Perhaps Enchanted decided to spend their advertising dollars in other ways or it may be as simple as screwing up the upload. You can always look at their inventory directly through their own website.

If their advertising relationship didn’t work out, so be it, but I really hope he didn’t get himself banned. Divergent views, even unpopular ones, are a GOOD thing. Toeing the line here is a tricky problem for dealers and it's easy to run amiss of the rules, but liking the place and all of us isn't one of the requirements.

I agree on here its a nice thing to see, but there was an instance someone copy/pasted where he expressed to someone directly on his websites chat featured some negative feelings about the community, though not outright. I dont know if there were other instances that I miss or were not shared.

I really wouldn't assume anything. I have seen vendors come and go over the years.
