why can't I see some pictures?

I am trying to search the threads for setting ideas. How come some people's photos show up and others not? I noticed LTPs photos are not showing up

From my understanding, it has to do with the way the pictures were attached. I think LTP’s pictures were sized and taken from her Gallery so with the new PSv2 (gallery doesn’t exist now), her pictures aren’t showing up anymore.
