Who is Alex Park (ParksFineGroupInc)?

So, the question is in the subject line. He lists lots of pretty OECs on LT, instagram and (some of them) on ebay. The strange thing, though, when I go to an ebay listing of his and click on "items for sale by this seller", there are none! But I know there are active listings from this seller, because I have just come from one! Is that an ebay glitch, or am I doing something wrong? Also, all of his ebay feedback is feedback from sellers, not buyers.

Is Alex legit? Has anyone bought from him?

The reason I am asking is because I've been eyeing this stone:

I like the faceting (I think I can see the flower! esp. in the instagram video). I am concerned about the indented natural/chip/natural on the girdle. With a girdle like that, would I need to set the stone in a bezel, to hide the imperfections and to protect the girdle? What do you think of the stone in general?

I liked it when I saw it in the IG video he posted - the flower under the table was very pretty.
Someone else besides DAF has bought from him recently on here and posted her experience, I can’t remember who tho. He seems to have nicely priced old cuts, do good videos, ASETs and lots of photos.
