When you buy an diamond rings online where do you bring your ring to be serviced? Sizing, cleaning, tightening, and whatever else that needs to be done?
It's always a good idea to establish a relationship with a local jeweler whom you like and trust.
Ask family and friends for referrals.
There's no need to say where you purchased the diamond, either.
A smart local jeweler will treat you well with the little repairs, cleanings, etc. hoping to
win you over for future purchases.

I take the time to develop a relationship with a local jeweller who I can trust. He/she does the regular checkups and cleaning for free. In return, I also give him/her some small projects and recommend his services to friends and family members.
