Whiteflash Turnaround Time

For those of you that had a custom setting done by Whiteflash, what kind of turn around did you experience? How long until you get your first CAD drawings? Then after the final agreement, how long until you got the ring?

I had them modify an existing version of a ring they produce. Id say it took 2 days to first CAD and 4-5 days for final approval. I think the first CAD depends if your starting from scratch and how complex the CAD is. The final ring was completed today and took about 8-9 days to complete. Overall, im pleased with how things went. Ill receive the ring tomorrow and i cant wait. Pics look great!

I had my ring custom made by WF. I sent them a detailed email outlining what I wanted. I had a reply the same day and was told it was sent to the CAD department. A week later I had the CADS. It took around 3 weeks from the images being approved to the ring being on my finger. I live in the UK so the shipping takes longer.

My custom ring took about 2.5 weeks I believe. Well worth the wait!!

Max, our turnaround time for most customs jobs is 10-14 business days from the time we receive the order confirmation until completion.

How long it takes to get the CAD really depends on what other jobs are already in production when you confirm your order.
