Hi i ordered a diamond ring from whiteflash on the 18 and i was just wondering how does the shipping work? Do they send it directly to you? i ask because i heard something about a fedex secured thing and im not really sure what that means. any help would be appreciated, Thank you

You should probably call them and find out. I purchased diamond studs and they agreed to ship to my home but I chose another vendor when purchasing a diamond ring as I did not want to go to the nearest FEDex which really isnt close to me at all

They usually ship to a FedEx office where you have to pick it up in person with ID.

I have gotten a couple pieces from them, and one came to the nearest FedEx facility to be picked up with ID, and the other came direct to my door with signature confirmation. Check with them to be sure which it is.

I ordered a necklace from them and I had to pick it up at Fedex.

I have ordered from Brian Gavin and it is also being sent to Fedex where I have to pick it up.

I have had it done both ways, but that is something you obviously have to discuss with them. If you wanted it delivered to your home, you'd have to plan to take the entire day off as deliveries are not always by the time stated. But again, you'll have to speak directly with WF.
