Whiteflash - Open on the weekends?

Does anyone know if Whiteflash does business on Saturdays?
Their website says that they are only open M-F. I had a question for them about a diamond and was wondering if I could expect that they might respond over the weekend.

You should call them...one Sunday evening (I am overseas), I was browsing through their website and came across a stone that had the specs I was looking for but they did not have the Sarin, Idealscope and ASET report available yet for review. So I decided to call them to try and put the stone on HOLD until they obtain the documents for me to review and to my surprise their CEO picked up the phone and put the stone on HOLD for me!!

They don''t usually have anyone on Saturday in observance of religion. It''s possible that you might get a reply on Sunday, but if you don''t, give them a call Monday. I know they try to reply as they can on Sundays, but this is a ridiculously busy time of year for most jewelers (hubby and I bought our engagement ring during this same period several years ago).

We have some Saturday/Sunday phone coverage and may answer late on weekdays as well. We have extended our week night evening hours to 8 p.m. and there is often staff available after this too. Please feel free to try any time. We are also happy to pre-arrange a time outside of normal hours to speak, and regularly do this for foreign clients.

I was SO happy ... I think I startled the girl who answered b/c before she could say anything I said "Oh! You''re there!"
