I am so impressed with everything related to obtaining my (and soon to be my DW''s) anniversary ring through Whiteflash. The folks there are absolutely awsome! So as not to rehash it all, I post below the letter that I wrote to them last week.

I wanted to thank you so very much for all the guidance, assistance and help in providing me with a wonderful piece of jewelry! You all contributed in many ways to making this a fun and exciting experience.
Jamie – you were always up-beat and helpful, and counseled me every step of the way. It was a pleasure every time I talked with you on the phone.
Lesley – you too are a kind person, a tough negotiator for sure, but in the end, fair and professional.
Vera – when the small problem arose, you handled it expeditiously and expertly, and immediately took charge to ‘make things right’. In my view, the true test of corporate culture is not only how it performs the expected, but also in large measure how it handles and solves customer issues.
Please also thank Brian on my behalf; he provided his ‘eyes’ before I was able to see the stone myself, and gave me his opinions and expertise regarding the diamond. His great sense of humor was unexpected and a refreshing bonus.
To sum it all up, I am impressed with every one of the many individuals that I dealt with at Whiteflash. It was indeed ‘A brilliant diamond buying experience’, with an awesome result, an almost flawless process, some very minor ‘imperfections’ along the way, but no longer visible to the naked eye (or mind)! In the end, I am thrilled, and I am sure that my wife will be too when I present her the ring on our anniversary next month.
