WhiteFlash Harmony or Aramis

So I''m narrowing my choices down to Whiteflash....

Which setting with a RB @.8-.9ish

#1 Harmony with .02 diamonds in band

Well I am kinda leaning on Harmony myself

and looks like so are others...

I haven''t seen this ''fishtail pave'' in person and every jewerly shop I take a photo into locally tells me that the ring I show them is shared prong setting?
One very nice shop that carried some high-end items, showed me what he said is true fishtail from the 40''s and 50''s and it didn''t look anything like the harmony imo; So this kinda scares me bc this will be my forever ring!

Does the Harmony type setting look totally different than shared prong in person? I have seen plenty of shared prong and like it, but adore the side view of this Harmony!

It sounds like what the jeweler showed you is a fishtail *head* setting. I think what WF is referring to is a style in which they set the pave on that particular ring. I could be totally wrong here though. If I''m right, I hope this helps you feel more confident in your choice!

Clairitek- the setting locally was to me almost like 1/2 bezel looking instead of a pave style--I just know I didn''t like it and it scared me!

I know the Harmony must have more metal bc it uses 2 pointers and the band is 2.3mm but with the aramis setting you must use .035 stones to get to that 2.3mm band width.
I really liked the idea of the small .02 just as an accented solitare look seeing my main stone will stay under a carat for sure.

AHHH, its so hard--I just wish I could try them both on and decide but thats not an option!

Boo, they look the same to me. I guess because one is a real life ring and the other isn''t. Or I am just really diamond ring design challenged. It''s probably the latter.
